  I called and asked how much for a new Prius key. They said I would have to bring it in to get a quote and no, they wouldn't just give me a price range over the phone. So I dropped by and finally found the place (NO signage) only to find a locked door. I rang the bell (once) and nothing happened, so I called. I was told by the person who answered that they were out on a job that they only see people in the morning by appointment. I mentioned that their Website said they were open till 5. She basically said she was on a job so she was at work wasn't she? I hung up. At home someone called me back a few minutes later, I thought to apologize, but he started with " I hear you need a locksmith and was outside our shop banging on our door." I told him my story and what I wanted - to which he replied " well we would have told you that we only make appointments in the morning".
  "No, you're person told me to bring in my key"
  " Nah, we always tell people to make a morning appointment"
  "If you told me that, why would I have shown up!"
  
  I hung up. If that's how they treat people trying to give them business, what is it like at their complaints department? They could not have been less professional. Or nice.
